ECI Membership is where it all starts. Our members are each unique in themselves and their businesses. Each has a different set of challenges and a different set of solutions. ECI and our Expert Panelists all work on the same philosophy of service to our members: We provide options from which our Members make the Choices!
Membership Benefits:
Individual Needs/Progress Assessment: Each new member will be asked to provide a self-examination assessment of their needs. The assessment takes the form of a questionaire that requires the new Member to describe his/her progress in developing their business. Just answering these questions often completely re-defines the member's intitial ideas and helps to crystallize the member's planned course of action. This assessment will be used to provide initial guidance in developing the member's business, and direction to make full use of the Incubator's Resources. All new members are referred to attend one or more of the Daily Workshop Sessions depending on this assessment.
Daily Workshops: Monday through Friday, One or more of our Expert Panelists hosts a LIVE webinar workshop open to our Members. Each Session lasts about an hour, and each full week will address all Ten of the Topics listed for the Free Webinar Series. These 10 Steps are critical in developing and implementing a solid, well researched business plan. Workshop Sessions are all live, and fully interactive. Specific direction to Incubator Resources are provided in these sessions according to individual needs and expressed Q&A. Methods of operation, research guidance in costing, licensing, structure, business naming, marketing - both in research and application, funding and accounting are just some of the areas discussed. Trial Planning, testing and analysis of projections, and final preparations in business plans are the end goals.
Business Plan Assistance: Once a member has completed their recommended Workshop sessions, they will have all of the necessary information required to research and build their individual Business Plan. For those few members requiring formal presentation plans, funding proposals, loan applications, or investment solicitations, ECI provides a variety of member and DIY solutions. Referrals are available to obtain software and free plan templates allowing the Member to complete a professionally formatted plan document suitable for investor presentation or SBA loan application.
Business Plan Review:For those members who desire additional assistance in preparing formal business plans for presentation purposes, the Workshops remain available as long as the member desires. ECI has also developed a 'network' of working experts to help directly on an individual basis. Members who have completed their Plans may submit them for Review in one or more areas by Expert Panelists. These areas include Marketing Plan Viability Review, Operational Viability Review, and Capital Acquistion Viability Review.
Product Discounts and Coupons: ECI maintains relationships with a number of on-line product and service providers providing a 'rebate' or commission payable on each item. These are passed directly to members making such purchases. Discounts from 10-50% on software, equipment, and web hosting.
Connections Network: The ECI Connections Network takes the form of a database display allowing full color photos, full profile information and detailed information on terms, pricing and discounts. Both Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to obtain a valid DUNS number. (Free!) In addition to providing direct access to suppliers and customers, the Connections Network is an invaluable resource in obtaining planning/costing information for members. (*A Valid Membership ID is required to obtain certain rebates and discounts)
Bulk Buying Services: ECI acts as a 'broker/buyer' for members, and groups of members wishing to obtain goods and services at 'bulk rate' discounts. One example, ECI acts as an 'agency' in media buying/placement passing agency rates and commissions to group members.

| Please Remember: Enterprise Creators, Inc. is operated as a not-for-profit. It survives solely on revenues received from Membership Fees. There are no salaries paid. Operating expenses are tightly controlled, and the 'Virtual' office completely eliminates many normal 'overhead' expenses. 100% of the remaining revenues go directly to develop, support and maintain the services and resources made available to members.
